Spray painting cabinet door fronts Today I am spray painting cabinet door fronts along with some shelving for a project in Lakewood Ranch. These are part of an office and an entertainment center in the living room (pics to follow). For the first coat I am doing a single direction and will let this dry for about 90 minutes and then do a bi-directional second coat. I will sit over night on the dry racks with a circulating fan and dehumifier going over night. By the morning they will be silky smooth with a beautiful satin sheen and ready for install. Using my airless sprayer it takes about 30 or 40 minutes to spray these 75 panels, a couple being 5 foot doors. Moves pretty quickly so i left the first door in the video at normal speed so you can see how long it actually takes to lay down a coat of paint.
